1. 发言规则
- 必填信息：发表评论需填写昵称与邮箱，二者均为必填项；网址为可选。
- 禁止内容：严禁发布包含攻击他人、网暴、歧视、造谣、色情、暴力、恐怖主义或垃圾广告等违法违规内容的评论。
2. 人机验证
为防止机器人滥用，提交评论前需通过 GeeTest（极验） 人机验证（滑动/点选等）。该验证由 GeeTest 提供，行为数据由其服务端处理，我们不存储您的鼠标轨迹等原始行为数据，仅保留验证是否通过的结果。
3. 管理权限
- 删除与隐藏：有权删除或隐藏违反上述规则的评论。
- IP 日志留存：系统后台会永久留存提交评论时的 IP 地址及 User-Agent 数据于 MongoDB 数据库中，除非数据库数据被手动清除。此日志用于配合司法机关溯源及反垃圾审计，不作他用。
- 封禁：对于严重违规者，有权封禁其 IP 段或设备指纹。
4. 免责声明
- 评论区内容仅代表评论者个人观点，不代表博主或本站立场。
- 因网络延迟、服务器故障导致的评论提交失败，博主不承担赔偿责任。
5. 法律适用与管辖
本博客服务器部署于境外，评论数据处理遵循 GDPR 标准。鉴于互联网无国界，若您在中国大陆境内访问本站，请知悉：中国法律禁止在网络上传播违法信息。如评论内容违反中国法律，博主将依法配合相关机构进行调查与处置。

2. Human Verification
All comments require GeeTest human verification (slide/captcha). Verification is processed by GeeTest; we do not store your raw behavioral data (e.g., mouse paths), only whether the verification passed.
3. Moderation
- Deletion: The blog owner may delete or hide violating comments.
- IP Logs: IP addresses and User-Agent data submitted with comments are permanently retained in our MongoDB database unless manually purged. This data is used solely for lawful tracing, anti-spam audits, and judicial cooperation.
- Banning: Severe offenders may be banned by IP range or device fingerprint.
4. Disclaimer
- Comments are user-owned and do not represent the blog owner.
- The blog owner is not liable for failed submissions due to network issues.
5. Governing Law
This site follows GDPR. Visitors in China must still comply with local laws; illegal content will be handled lawfully.
